MEET THE MAKER

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be here… building a Juicy Ball “empire” with a community of absolute legends behind it.

But here we are.

Lockdown was where it all began. I’d gotten really into running, it became my headspace, and I was constantly reaching for energy balls. But honestly? They were always a let down. Dry, oaty, grainy… (and at the time, stuck in my braces 😅).

So I thought… surely we can do better than this?

I’ve always had a serious sweet tooth, so I started experimenting in the kitchen mixing vegan chocolate, organic dates, hazelnuts, peanut butter… the good stuff. I wanted something that actually tasted amazing, but still gave you real energy. Something you’d want to eat, not just need to.

FROM RUN CLUB TO REAL LIFE

What started as “just another batch” quickly became my go-to snack. I’d bring them to run clubs and people kept asking, “Are you selling these?” and “Can I buy a box?”

That’s when the idea started to form… maybe this is something.

So, with a slightly shaky but determined “why not?”, I pitched my favourite local coffee spot — Rise at the Cove — and just like that, my Juicy Balls went from my kitchen counter to theirs.

Demand grew. My confidence grew. One yes led to another and suddenly, this little lockdown experiment became something very real.

DATES & PEANUT BUTTER

Made with organic pitted dates from Morocco for natural sweetness, and peanut butter with absolutely nothing added. Just 100% peanuts. No palm oil, no fillers, just real ingredients doing their thing.

MAPLE SYRUP

Sweetened with 100% pure Grade A maple syrup, adding a subtle, natural sweetness without anything artificial.

HAZELNUTS. PISTACHIO & ZEST

Finished with whole hazelnuts, pistachios or orange zest for added texture and flavour. Simple toppings that bring a little crunch, a little zing, and make every bite that bit more interesting
